Satisfaction
Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from L&L yesterday. First off, I found their website to be exceptionally helpful in every way! Kudos to you L&L for that! Secondly, the deal they offered was more than I would have ever expected and left me awe struck to say the least! Thirdly, Rebecca Woods my customer representative was very personable very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Lastly, I felt and feel like a member of L&L and not just another sale or number. I truly felt appreciated, valued and respected! We had the best salesman ever!!! Rudy was very helpful and knowledgeable!! He helped us to make an informed decision. He had all paperwork ready even before we arrived! No pressure just pure honesty! Easiest purchase ever!!Thank you Rudy for a great car buying experience!

Wonderful Experience
What a wonderful experience we had purchasing our diesel truck. Star is an all around great part of the team. I initially came in to look at a different truck, however that truck didn't meet our needs so she showed me a truck that fit perfectly. Star's commitment to customer service was truly a blessing. Star has a way of being professional while at the same time making you feel like family. We laughed talked about family and by the time we left there was lots of hugs. I have always been very cautious when purchasing vehicles, going to the more larger dealerships, but L & L Auto Sales has changed my mind. This establishment has renewed my trust that there are dealerships that are concerned about their customers. I can't say enough great things about the overall purchasing experience. I am recommending this dealership to anyone that I know that's looking for a vehicle. Thank you Star, the name fits you and you are a shining star at L & L.

Quick, easy and super friendly!!
I was able to do my pre-approval online and get in and out the next day! First car for my kid and she was super excited about how easy the process was, Devyn was great and super helpful! Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Quality Service
My wife and I purchased a 09 Hyundai Santa Fe and were very pleased with the level of service we received. Steve Gonzales our salesman went out of his way to make the purchase possible. He was very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him if your in the market to make a purchase for a used vehicle. Thank you again Steve.
